I think Williams wins a decision with his high punch output however his defense isn't any better than Mosley's.   If Mosley catches him right on the button Williams could go to sleep.  I think Williams length,  southpaw style & age will cause problems for Mosley & Williams would win a close decision.

i think that paul williams could win. mosley is getting old. i think he should retire. but who knows? in boxing, the unexpected happens.

Williams outpoints Mosley in my opinion. Though, Paul Williams is no Winky Wright or Vernon Forrest, I do think he could possibly use the same method they used to beat Shane Mosley, especially with Mosley being older. The only difference I see is that with Williams' offense output and Mosley not having the best defense in the world, Williams could possibly make this 12-round fight look more brutal than what Wright or Forrest did.
