Okay, so I've been going to public school my whole life, but theres an AMAZING private Christian high school in MN that i would love to go to!

My problem is that my family cant afford to send me.

My goal is to raise AT LEAST 5,000 dollars in the next year, or 2 so that i could go my junior and maybe even sophomore years.

i have no idea how to raise money like that so any suggestions? i can get working papers but not a lot of places near me will hire because i'm only 14..

THANKS!!!!!!!

(p.s. http://www.ffhillcrest.org/about.html <<thats the school if anyone cares)

  1. If you are involved in a church talk with your youth group leader about fundraiser for you. Of course you would be doing the bulk of the work but I am sure that they would love to help. Garage sales, car washes, money jars. I would just talk to your youth leader and I am sure he would love to help.

  2. Try babysitting - see if you can find a family who would like to use you as a regular.  Allowance too.  Do you get that?  Talk to your parents about doing more chores around the house for a couple extra bucks.  You could also talk to your relatives too - maybe clean their houses, mow the lawn, etc.!  Best of luck!

  3. :) thats cool. You would first by getting allowance (if you get some) getting some jobs you can do around the neighborhood, take up baby sitting, do some garage sales and sell things you dont use, throw a barbeque and have people buy the plates. those are just a few ideas. I hope you get the money you need! :D

  4. Instead why not save that money for college?

5,000 dollars really could help when your in college, Please think of your future - Look at the bigger picture.

  5. i go to a catholic high school

i dont know how the school you wanna go to accepts the tuition payments, but at my school there are different options. my parents pay a few hundred dollars each month until it gets paid off by april. maybe when you turn 15 you can get a job and help make the payments (if they accept month to month payments)

hope i helped and good luck!
