Paying incorrect price Australia?

In Australia, is it true that you could ask for a full refund of the product purchase price if you have been charged the incorrect price?

instead of refunding just the difference?

in supermarket's yes you get it for free if scanned price is above shelf price

in department stores just refunded price differencece
