Paypal, wheres my money?

How do I except a paypal payment?

I had recieved and email, but theres no money is my account.

I believe you want to accept, not except, a payment.  If so, and assuming the email you received is actually legitimate, follow the instructions in it.  If unsure, log in to your account directly at www.paypal.com and see if there are any pending payments to accept.  Some payments must be ACCEPTED before the money will show as available in your account.
