Paypal locked account?

I made a Paypal account years ago that I needed once and then didn't ever need again... And now years later I need it again for something on Ebay (most sellers prefer paypal for payment) and come to find my paypal account is locked, and I can't create a new one because all bank information associated with the locked account can't be incorporated to a new one.

What do i do to unlock the account or at least make a new one with my same checking account info?

This must of happen cause you tried to access the account too many times without success.

Call Paypal's customer service, they should be able to give you your log on info and unlock the account so you can access it again.
