Paypal recovered funds not showing up?

I won a paypal claim, but they were only able to recover $38.51 of the $335 I paid. It has been 8 days, and this money still won't show up in my paypal account. Has this happened to anyone else?

Paypal should be able to get ALL of your money back. If they are unable to retreive all the funds, call them and complain. You used their service, you paid fees to them, you have a right to a full refund. Call Paypal customer service at 877 672-9725 and ask to speak to a manager.
