Paypal with a savings account?

Okay i just opened up an Ebay account and i dont have a debit or credit card so that means no checking account. i was wondering is it possible to use paypal without a card and can i connect it to my savings account that way the money will come out of my savings????? thanx

You can, but it looks like it would be a pain in the butt to do it that way. It would probably be less trouble for you to just get a checking account with a debit card.
