I cant find the muscle, When i try to clench it , as u knw in kegel excercices,, i clench my butt muscles instead,, ive been trying for 3 months now,, cant still isolate the pc muscle in my head, and also at the pee excercise to see how strong the pc muscle is it took me nearly 3 SECONDS to fully stop, i have an immediate 85 % reduction of the flow , but a lil stream goes on !! ( so do i have a really weak pc muscle)
how long should it take to stop the whole flow, and what can i do about the muscle??!?!?!?!?!
