Pediatrician?

Hi,

I am looking for a very gentle, caring pediatrician in the las vegas valley. I have already tried Dr. Lamonte-Malone and didn't like her and I have tried Dr. Carrie Wejisinghe. It has to be a female.

Is there a particular reason why it must be a female? Not trying to be rude - I am not even in NV - but I am the daughter of a Pedi (Male) and the mother of 3 girls, so I am curious.
