Peer interview?

I have moved to a very small town in Tennessee, Finally after 3 years of looking for a job. I applied at the Local Hospital. so far I have had 2 interview. today i was called for another interview on Friday. Which is the peer interview I am not related to any one in this small town.What do I do I moved here from California. How do I dress. This is Redneck County

i work in a hospital in illinois and for my peer interview i wore just a shirt and tie like you would for any other interview. just relax and try to relate to the people interviewing you. remember, if you've made it to the peer interview, that means they already think you're qualified. the peer is just for your co-workers to get to know you to see if you'd fit in and be a good addition to their team.
