Pell Grant/Scholarship Relationship?

i have a full tuition scholarship, will this affect how much federal grant money i receive? will they give me grant money for housing, books, food, etc? i did a quick efc calculator online and it said i was pell grant eligible

The school can award you any type of financial aid up to the complete cost of attendance. Cost of attendance does include tuition, books, fees, housing and other living expenses. So, if you receive a scholarship equal to tuition the other financial aid that you are awarded will be allotted to you. Most likely, the school will give you a book allowance to use in the book store to purchase your books and supplies and the remainder will be sent to you in the form of a refund check. You can then use the refund towards your living expenses. To be considered for the pell grant, go online at www.fafsa.ed.gov to complete the application.
