do you need to go through anything like interviews and stuffs to go on this trip once you got invited??

Once you are invited you have to go to an orientation meeting where they explain the trip.  And the cost. Australia is about $6000.  

If you are still interested you have to be interviewed. If you are accepted you have to attend all of the meetings and do all of the home work
