Period or just bleeding?

Question

i had a little irritation in my v****a. i scratched it pretty hard and then i took a bath and washed it pretty hard with soap. the itch is gone but my v****a is hurting/uncomfortable and also bleeding. my period is due in about 6 days so its kind of close. is my period early or is this bleeding something else?

btw the bleeding isnt really that much and usally i am heavy on the first day of my period
