Permit Test receipt?

I lost the receipt(paper with results on the last exam) to the permit test. Would I have to pay for a whole new test, or would the DMV or MVD have a record of those sheets? Help? WHAT should I do???

  1. they should since you have to sign the papers and they keept he test
