ive seen the commercial a few times now. I hate using the dog clippers i have now. does this really work?

I don't know about the actual product, but you can do something similar by putting a sanding tool on a drill, and it works.

I love the tool and works better than the Dremel I had as it is easier to control speed and no problems with hair getting caught.  BUT the ordering was OK but the waiting for the order took months!!!  No way to upgrade to air or expedited either unfortunately.

But it works great.  Not too noisy either though I have heard some complain about the sound.  I have the medium sized one and battery operated (rechargeable and keeps a charge a surprisingly long time.)

My husband uses a dremel that I think he got at walmart.  The dogs don't like the sound the dremel makes, but he uses it anyway.

yes it does, it goes right around the soft tissue and it is guaranteed  to work for life, I would definitely recommend it:)

I hope they have changed their ordering process.  I tried to order one and it was all totally recorded ordering system.  I was finishing up my order and it asked would I like extra belts (that only fit this tool)? Some other extra part= five or ten dollars a box each. Then when finishing the order completely, it asked me if I wanted to upgrade my order to the large dog size.  I have three medium to large sized dogs!  So of course I couldn't use the one for cats.  By that time the bill was adding up to nearly seventy dollars.  I decided to stick to getting a dremel.  I called a separate number provided at the end of the recording and was able to cancel my order.  

I think it would be a good tool for anyone not familiar with a dremel which could injure a dog pretty bad if not done very carefully and skillfully.

If you are up to re-ordering parts as needed, it could be well worth the investment.
