Philips fm92 cb radio

Question

I have just purchased this radio and it has two red wires for power. One red wire has a black marking but both wires have fuse holders on them. I am assuming the red with the black marking is negative and the straight red wire is Positive when connecting in a car. What is throwing me is that they both have inline fuse holders on them. Also the main unit has a metal mounting frame which may be the earth. Can you please tell me if I have the wiring correct with what I have said above. Thanks.Soleman13au
