Phillips HDD6320/05

Thank you for your advice on fixing my HDD6320/05 frozen screen. I was eventually able to repair the player, but reverting back to Wimdows media v10 and upgrading the firmware. I've now got the issue that windows media player crashes everytime I try to sync - any suggestions?
