Phone Harassment-how to report?

I live on Long Island and there's this service trying to sell us stuff. We've told them many times that we are no interested and for them to stop calling but they won't stop. They interrupt phone calls and are completely annoying. What's an easy way to report this? And does anyone else agree that I should report this as phone harassment?

If you want to report them to the police, you can do the *57 call trace.  There is a minimal charge from the phone company, and with your permission, the Police can get the information.  

Talk to your phone company first about this situation.
