Phone id restriction?

what i have to dial before making a phone call to restrict my id?

Just *67.  Example:   *67-415-555-5555 OR  *67-555-5555

I know for alltel if you want a call to be private u can dial *65. It will beep and go off in 3 secs. This will make all calls after it private. To deactivate it dial *85.
