Phone number in China!?

Hi I wanted to know if this is a valid number in china:

86-594-8542-5874

Also what do I put in front of it while dialing.

86 is China's country code....011 is used in front of the country code and the area code for all overseas calls from North America

0594 is for Xianyou  and Putian in the Fujian Province...don't think it will work without that leading zero

as to whether the number is valid or not...well you're just going to have to dial it to find out
