Phoneclaim.com question?

If I have a cell phone that is damaged, but I can still use it, and I file an insurance claim on phoneclaim.com, will that be considered insurance fraud? And if it is, how would they know? The phone has a damaged front screen and is a bit defective, but I can still place and receive calls.

  1. From this email..lol

  2. It depends on what your insurance covers. I have verizon and have the premium plan which covers anything and everything. I dropped my phone into a sink of water and a new phone is on the way. Of course, you have to be willing to pay the $50 deductible. If your screen is damaged, I would just say that is what is wrong with it. I did mine online and it took 2 seconds (literally) to approve it. You have to have the date that the damage occurred on, and you also have to describe how it happened. In most cases, it should approve it immediately. Good luck!

  3. Does your policy cover "damaged front screen and a bit defective?"  In any case, you'll have to mail it in to them.
