Photo Pos Pro Trojan?

I downloaded this trial program for image editing:

When it was in stalling, McAfee found and deleted a trojan. This is the first time I've downloaded anything from CNet with something like this. Am I OK now? How can I be sure everything is gone?

CNet, also known as Download.com is very highly trusted and known for its reliability.

I have downloaded the same program and scanned thoroughly with two antivirus and antimalware programs, then installed it and scanned again with no sign of any malware whatsoever.

It might just be that MacAfee found something that it didn't agree with, as sometimes AV's can be somewhat oversensitive.
