Photo enlarger for online prints?

Question

where could i find one. When i go to the online prints, like snapfish.com, and upload my pictures, it tells me most of them are not the right size.

i need to enlarge it to 540x360, but most of my pictures are smaller than that. Like 450x300 or something like that.

I need to do this to many pictures and i don't really want to go through each one individually.
