Photo explosion deluxe will not install

Question

I get a Message Runtime Error. (programC:/windows/\system3\Msi.Exec.exe)

Application has made an attempt to load the C runtime library incorrectly. please contact the applications support team for more info. They have not responded to my email. I have a new Sony desktopVGC LT15E with 320gb hard and 2 gb ram. Vista Home Premium. The productsays it is for windows 200, xp, or vista, but I think vista is the problem as usual.
