ummm im like semi good in photo editing o.o usually in photobucket o.o but ummm how do i edit my pics like this

image shown are animated cartoons, also pre-edited in movie editor, then converted to gif format,

~to edit basic animation requires gif animation programs,

adobe photoshop has export to image ready, and corel paintshop pro has animation shop
