Photosynthesis experiment?

we're doing experiments to test if chlorophyll, carbon dioxide and light are necessary for photosynthesis. Can anyone list some possible sources of error that could've occurred?

Depends how you are doing the experiments. Quantitative or quantitative

Are you using green plants? - if so you will need to destarch the plant first if a qualitative study.

Are you using Elodea and determing oxygen production (measuring volume or counting bubbles produced)?

Need more info.
