Physical dumping memory...

how to fix the blue screen problem "Dumping physical memory"? i've tried to change the motherboard and the memory, but still the blue screen appears, (it appears seldom) so when it appears i just restart my computer until it directs me to windows. it appears most when starting and shutdown my pc. please help me.. can you send the answer in my email add? please! thanks!!
