Pick Up truck laws?

With a pickup truck, can people be carried in the box, in ontario, without the use of seatbelts or secured seats?

  4. No, that is illegal everywhere in Canada. You can have a secured seat only if it is certified by the manufacturer (not likely they will take on that kind of liability), or certified by a professional engineer, and it has to meet Transport Canada requirements.
