i have 2 pair of lovebirds.both pairs live in different cages.but the other ones are bigger(possibly more mature) than the other ones.

the bigger ones are not picky eaters..i feed them a variety of seeds everyday, and some greens,if ever i get some.

but the other pair(who are a bit smaller than the other two) are very picky.whenever i give them the usual seed mix i feed to the other lovebirds, they throw it out of the feeding plate and not eat them.they only eat one kind of seed from the mix of seeds i give them.

what do i do?i keep running out of feeding seeds for them...

  1. If I were you I would go back to where you bought them from and ask them what else you can feed them.  I would give them a variety of fruits and vegetables cut in real tiny pieces.  You just can't feed them seed all the time.
