Picture Flashers?

Question

I was browsing through Photobucket and I came across an upload that was really neat. It was kind of like a slideshow, but was about 10 pictures flashing really quickly in an order. I have no idea what you would call it, but I am really interested in making one, any tips??

Just search Photobucket and type in "flashing",

you'll see what I mean.
