Picture viewing problems on pc

When i open a photo it opens with quicktime. How do i make it so it opens with the windows picture viewer??

right click on the picture you want to open with Windows picture viewer and select properties...under open with ..selcet change..a window will pop up with the diffrent programs you have ..select the one you want to use to see your pictures...make sure that the

Always use the selected program to open this kind if file.....on the bottom of pop-up window...

is Selected that way all the same type of files will be open with the program you want them to open with..
