Piece of skin in my v****a?

It's not a hymen but its stretched all over inside of my v****a and it has ripples on it. What is it? I am able to insert tampons in but what if I can't have s*x?Plus,I'm also very scared to try to m********e since I'm scared if it would hurt. Sorry if this is nasty for you guys...
