Pills not being digested?

Question

I have crohns disease so Iv been taking lots of pills for a number of years. Recently I have noticed that I haven't been feeling the effects of my depression medications as much and when I took 2 of my 7.5 lortabs the other day i never even felt the effects of them.

I have started noticing that my pulls seem to be going in one end and coming right out the other (if you catch my drift)

So what are a few things that might be causing this?

I'm confused and going to see my doctor in a few days but i just wanted to see if I could get a little insight before then.

You dont have enough digestive enzymes or flora in your gut and stomach. I suggest a probiotic and eating a good fiber like chia seeds or hemp hulls or everybodys fiber from Natures sunshine.
