If you are flying a commercial plane for a big company (like BA or Qantas) with two pilots (1 is captain the other co-pilot) do you work with the same person on most flights???

  1. did you realize that you asked the same question twice?  I think I've seen this particular question several times this week.  You can look at the other answers if you want more details.

  2. This question was answered yesterday, and almost  all said yes.

  3. no we dont we just get another co.pilot every time

becasue it depends what working hours they have

it is not that rare that we do meet up again though

    good question :)

  4. As sorta said before, it depends on seniorities. If you're pretty senior, you'll probably have the same F/O for the bid period (generally a month, but sometimes not). If sitting Reserve, you'll fly with different guys almost every leg.

That might also apply to the senior guy if the other flight deck crew is going to training, vacation, etc.

All this applies to 121, don't know about the rest.
