  1. I'm really not sure what you're asking.  Not to be the grammar police, but just some constructive criticism: your thoughts will be much more clear if you use punctuation somewhere.

I think you're asking how many people "wash out" of flight training.  That does happen both in military and non-military training, but for different reasons.  Outside of the military, some people don't realize how much work it is to learn to fly.  Other people run into a reality check when the bank account is empty after the first month.  Most of the time, it's either laziness or an attitude that's not conducive to learning that makes people either quit or wash out.

No, it's not just a matter of telling an instructor or employer that you want to be a pilot.  In the last 12 years, I have taken about 14 different flight tests with the FAA or designated examiner to prove my knowledge and skill.  It's not easy, but it's rewarding.

  2. I have no idea what you're asking. Can you rephrase and clarify your question?

  3. well you have to pass some tests, because the training for becoming any pilot is 1. expensive and 2. responsable..

  4. Only the best can last. You have to be overall very good and competent to stay on the top levels, especially the fighters. There is a constant process of elimination to ensure that the best are available for their respective duties. Remember, during operations, only the best will perform and come out successful. The system is geared towards this end.

  5. 1/18 is not the same as 44/144.

They take the best pilots.  Just wanting to be a pioot is not good enough.
