Pimples on arms! HELP!!!

I have little "PIMPLES" on my arms. Not pimples like acne, but little pimples the color of my skin.

Any help on what i can do to get them off?

  1. Its really no big deal I have them too. people say its eczema and if it is then they would be itchy. if it is not itchy then see a doctor, its nothing serious but if it really bothers you then thats what i would do!

  2. they might just be "goosebumps". i have them and i've tried to get rid of them but no luck. i might be wrong tho xD
