A while back, there was a heroic act that made headline news. A police officer had pulled over a driver, and the driver managed to get out of his car and run. As the police officer was chasing him, a pizza delivery man was driving the road, witnessed the police chasing the individual, and pulled his car into the path of the individual, allowing the police officer to arrest the individual.

Does anyone know whether the Washington Post or New York Times or any other credible news source had documented such a heroic act?

(Kudos to the Pizza Delivery Man for his smart reflexes and quick action!)

  1. Smart reflexes, yes quick action, yes heroic action, no. Anyone could have done this which is probably why it has never been documented

  2. not sure.....but the one I liked was the one where a girl on a softball hits a home run but her knee gives out on her...and she wasn't going to be able to run the bases.....and because of the rules no one on her team could help her....that's when 2 girls from the other team....carried her around the bases to home plate...for the winning score...and win of state champs....now that's a story......I'll see if I can find it to post it..
