Place to vacation in Montana....HELP?

Hello, so every year my boyfriend and I try to take a short vacation (4 or 5 days) somewhere in December as our X-Mas gift to each other...this year we are looking at maybe Montana. We want snow but not so much that we cant go anywhere. From washington (seattle), does anybody know any fun spots to visit...maybe somewhere that has a bed and breakfest? Any info helps, thanks!
