Placement Service - asks for drug test?

Question

The placement service (similar to a temp place) Asked if your able to pass a drug test. Duh, Of course you say Yes. But they also asked another time...What happens if you say NO?

When interviewing jobs with them...What if you dont get the job do you have to conitinue to take a drug test for every interview or they keep the results on file?

if you say no then you automatically get DENIED

if you don;t get the job then they just keep the records on file
