Plato's closet are so unfair....?

Question

Ok...so i went to this plato's closet because i've never been to one....and also because i wanted to check how much the prices were. It turned out that the store's grand opening is september 3. But i asked if i can come in and check it out, they said yes.

I went in and what i saw were these beautiful pair of uggs for 40$!!!

but then again i couldnt buy it because they wouldnt let me because the store never had their grand opening.So then i asked if they can hold them, they said no. Then the owners friends came in...she greeted them, ect. Then i see them holding some pair of pants and shirts, and the precious pair of uggs.....begin to follow them and i see the clothes they were holding are gone and they are standing near some boxes! I made sure that i wasnt jumping in conclusions and checked where i found the uggs were.....and they werent there...... They are so unfair.....why is it that they cannot hold items for me but they can hold it for the owners friends. I dont care who it is...but when you are working you need to keep it professional.

well that really stinks... and i see how ur upset and i would be too, but that happens and it sux... but the employees are prolly trying to get on the owners good side and all, and maybe the owner told their friends, hey before the opening check it out and see if you want anything before it goes on sale. its unfortunate, but they own the place and it is their merchandise and they can with it what they please, however suckish it is for you.

don''t buy uggs....they're UGG-ly and they the owner sold them a hot item..i think they would probably let them hold it...either that or they saw it and grabbed them

ya lifes unfair. but if that was my friend and i was the manger i would have probly done the same thing. also PC sometimes takes clothes to model them for the opening or the store.

don't buy uggs. they're hideous.

maybe they were being unfair, but in the long run they're doing you a favor... they stopped you from buying dead mammoth shoes.
