Playing College Golf?

Question

I am a junior in high school and shoot low 40s upper 30s. When should I start filling out the recruiting forms for colleges? should i do them now? or wait until my senior year? any help is appreciated. I have my first choice in mind, and it looks like if I can shoot 80s i am golden.

shoot 80 and consistent and you do not have to fill out the forms

if you have a handicap that is around a scratch or slightly above or below then do it, but your junior year you should send stuff, im currently emailing a local univ. coach and he wants me to play for him, so i would say build a relationship with the coach.
