Please Help - Book Report?

Question

It's been years since I have had to do a book report (sixth grade) and now I have to write five. I can't for the life of me remember how to write one or what needs to be included. So, what goes into a book report?

I just love book reports!?!

I do very good because im going to be an author when I grow up

So here are some things (:

1.Title

3.Summary

4.Your itterpreations

5.Your opinions

6.Did you like or dislike and why?

7.Your point of view

8.Theme

9.Setting

And go over the book a couple times and just incase you missed something. And make sure you read whole book withous skipping words. Book reports arn't that hard, just think of it, its not like math and have to use brain and all that its just like fun questions!

Make sure when you summarize you don't give away the ending, your briefly describing the plot.

When talking about point 6, Did you like or dislike it, and why? make sure you include positive and negative feedback, and explain why you chose whether you like or dont like it.
