Please Please help me....?

Question

Okay so everytime i leave my computer for about like 10 minutes or more i come back and see that my WHOLE screen has colorful lines on it.

And i can't do ANYTHING but restart the whole thing, im so sick and tired of this.

I called Dell, and they said that i have to pay them $39 so they can do some troubleshooting or whatever. They also said that if i didn't want to pay i could call a mechanic or something like that.

I'm going to call them again. But do you know ANY way to fix this? Is there a virus in my computer? Please help me.Thanks

Im going to have to say its a video problem.

Go to dell.com

Then go to support and downloads

then download a driver called the "display driver" or the "video driver"

It could be a video driver problem..if you reinstall it it may fix the problem..if you need help pm me on yahoo messenger

Theres no virus and u cant fix it, the computers not broken, the screen is, srry
