my friend had a heat stroke and they called the family in and told him his organs were shutting down is there a chance he will make it

If his organs are shutting down then no, he's probably not going to make it.  He can't survive very long without his kidneys and liver and heart.

Usually when organs start to shut down, there is a major internal trauma. Miracles do happen though everyday. Pray with His family, you never know.

i am so sorry. i am so going to be care ful now. in the heat i start to feel like i am going to pass out.so now after hearing your friends story i am so staying out of the heat
