Please help ! car title issue?

i will try to make a long story short , 3 years ago i got a divorce and in the divorce settlement i got a car , well the car has now been sitting for 3 years , i cannot find my ex he never gave me the title like he was supposed to , it does state in my divorce settlement agreement that the care is mine , i want to sell the car but how do i do this without the title ?

Call first to the DMV and ask if your divorce papers are adequate to apply for a lost title and get it transferred into your name.
