ok i wet the bed aat night and im 13 i have tryed everything from not drinking to waking up 3 times a night but i still seem to wet what can i do please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. My brother used to kick me in the stomach all the time and I wet the bed until I was close to your age. I used those "good nites" but it was still terrible. I went to the doctor and they didn't help they just said I would outgrow it. I did, thank goodness but it was the most horrible thing. I think my wetting the bed had to do with my brother hitting me but once you stop you will be so happy you will forget it. I don't know what made me stop...maybe a sense of safety and security.   3. Talk to your doctor. My little sister has this problem and there is a medicine that you can take a few hours before bedtime that prevents it from happening. It's called DDAVP or something similar to that. Good luck!

  4. Hmm....well your body needs to get the hang of holding your bladder until you wake up, or your body wakes you up. I would, (I know, I know, but hear me out) wear a pull-up until your body is trained to do that. You can't drink ANY liquids an hour before you go to bed, and you must use the bathroom right before you go to bed. Then, put on a pull-up. When you wake up, even if you don't have to, use the bathroom to get your body in the hang of this style. Do this for a month, and it should become fairly normal. Then, take the pull-up out of the situation and try a night like that. My dad, when I was younger, got me a bed spread that is liquid absorbent (wouldn't allow the urine to go through to my actual mattress). This helps when it does happen.

  5. I wet the bed up until i was 12...

    At about 7 o'clock even if you dont neeed the toilet try and go.

    Then go again just before you go to bed... Then if ur parents go to bed later than u get them to wake u up when there on there way to bed (the reason for this is because you should go about an hour or so after youve went to bed) and go again. if you wake up in the middle of the night go again.if the problem continues you will need to go to the doctor..If you havent told a family member about the problem you really need to if the problem persists.

  9. alright, you need to drink, but if you don't drink anything but water 1 1/2 hours before bed then you should be fine. sometimes you might just be too comfortable. try sleeping with one less pillow or something.

  10. if u already went to the doctor there are types of diapers you can wear for this it happens to a lot of people your not alone
