Please help! iTunes problems ?

Question

On iTunes i have restored my ipod (For a reason).

And so then it just exited itself, and i thought oh right, okay so i will just plug my iPod back in, and itunes will come up and i will be able to put songs on there.

But i plugged my iPod in and iTunes wont come up, and when i click on iTunes even when my iPod is unplugged it still doesnt come up.

I really want to put songs on there.

but how?

please help.

If you press alt+tab, you might see an iTunes icon =3 If you switch to it, it will probably a kind of license agreement

That is what usually happens when my iTunes doesn't show up after some type of reset, install, etc.
