Please help me choose...?

please help me decide between these universities:

UCLA (LA) : i'll be a home student

U of Toronto (Canada)

U of Sheffield (England)

i do realize that it's 3 different countries but if you would please compare them, i would greatly appreciate it.( the Cities, the education,.etc)

i am studying in Iran now. (in case you were wondering).

UCLA. If you got in, you should definitely go.

It depends what's important to you - price, reputation, status - you could look at international league tables.  It depends where you plan to live in the future too, as to which will be recognised where, and also - universities have different reputations depending on the subject.
