Please help me fix this ?

My scooter recently failed the MOT - Reason: It failed on rocking in the front forks and it needs the rear shock repaired. How would i fix the 1st problem and about how much would it cost? Thank You

For future reference, always give year, make, engine size and model # when asking questions. We need all of that info to give an informed answer.

I live in the US and don't know what "rocking in the front forks" means.

Does it mean you can pull the front wheel away from the bike?

Either is has worn wheel bearings - replace them.

Or The steering bearings are loose - tighten them - nut on the steering stem under the handlebars.
