Please help me to study abroad.?

My mom said if you can raise the money you can go. Well I am putting my mind in scholarships and babysitting. well it's been a month I've contacted many foreign exchange programs and I can only get partial scholarships even thou if they had em I could get full because gym mom legally blind a deaf in one ear is on welfare. I want to go to spain because I'm a jr and I want to go to McEnroe learn about the culture and finally do something exciting in my life.

Where do you want to go? USA?

You should choose which univ you want to go first. There are a lot of Universities in USA offer scholarships
